Having seen the heartbreaks and other damages long distance cause in relationships, we wrote this book to help couples, either married or dating, to successfully navigate the long distance phase of their relationship.

Although LDR should be avoided when possible (especially in marriage), in certain situations it becomes inevitable before or during marriage. Thus, we seek to help long-distance relationship couples learn to ‘stay in mind while temporarily out of sight’. 

As powerful as love is, it can lead to frustration if it is not founded on knowledge. Unfortnately, this is common in today's world where people fall in love blindly only to wake up to real life truths later on. The statistics even depreciates when there is distance between the couples.

Our goal in this book is to equip you with foundational knowledge using lessons from personal experience, from mentors and community of friends who were generous share their stories or opinions.
